Rules for Translating Procedure
In order to establish cooperation and fair distribution of work, it was proposed and approved to use this page for translation translations of publications and article for project "Covalent". If you have put in the effort to complete a piece you will receive a reward, BUT we are looking for QUALITY over quantity. Submissions do not guarantee your piece will be published on our publication for us to showcase. We want to ensure there is not misinformation being written and that people have followed simple guidelines. We will provide feedback in order to help you become better writers and to have more structure👨‍🔬
1. Please follow these guidelines for submitting your work to The Alchemist Publication
- Make sure you are given access to the following excel "Covalent Translations" sheet with the following email you registered with as an Alchemist
- Ensure you are made a "Writer" on The Covalent Alchemist Publication. You can request anyone from The Council & the OGs to make you a writer
- Add a banner to your blog. If you are translating a blog please translate the images in the language you selected. Feel free to get creative & use the assets in Figma to create your own
- Add 5 tags to your blog piece. This is in order to get more impressions for people around the world to read your piece. If you use 0 tags, no one will read your piece and won't appear in
our publication if accepted to be published. Please use ONE of the following + 4 tags.
- If you are submitting an ENGLISH piece please use the tag covalentalchemist
- If you are submitting a piece in a different language please use the tag cryptoregion e.g. if you are writing in Russian use cryptorussia
- More examples of cryptoregion tags e.g. cryptoitaly cryptoukraine cryptoespanol cryptochina cryptojapan cryptopoland cryptoromania

2. After you have followed the guidelines -> Select the language tab in which you want to work
- If you choose to translate an article from https://www.covalenthq.com/blog/, please source and provide the original link of the piece you are translating
3. Fill in all fields. If you see "Duplicate" message - it means that someone has already started to do this translation
4. You can reserve only 5 TRANSLATIONS per 1 procedure. All 5 must be complete in order for it to be marked completed. Once you have finished all 5 the you can
reserve your next 5, but please be mindful and allow others to do these tasks.
5. After you have completed your 5 translations, please submit them all at the same time via Typeform HERE
Additional Guidelines & most FAQ
1. If you'd like to check to see if the article you'd like to translate has been taken -> Press Ctrl+F and enter source link in search bar to see status
* source can be only official site, github, social media and personal blog of project "Covalent"
Tabs
1. "Article Name english" - is original name of article
2. "Article name" (choose language) - name of the article with your specific language
3. "Status" - is tab with the status for your translation
Status
1. "In progress" - you are currently working on the article (incomplete)
2. "Done" - your article is complete & published
3. Discord name - your full discord name in format: user#1111
4. Translation link - source where you published your article.
*You can add your language manually if it's not been added or contact @Dmytro#5586 in the Covalent Discord Channel "#Translations"
